To make this happen we are looking for someone with proven marketing experience who will have the key responsibility for leading and developing our client acquisition and retention marketing strategies. The successful applicant must be able to confidently and sensitively communicate Rock UK’s charitable objects, mission, vision and Christian ethos to a Christian audience and to those of other faiths and none.
This role is subject to an Occupational Requirement (OR) that the successful applicant is a Christian who is committed to the values, beliefs and behaviours set out in our ethos statement.
This role is full time (37.5 hours per week) or minimum 0.8 FTE. With 33 days holidays per year, increasing after 3 and 5 years service, plus annual pay reviews and salary increments. It is office based or hybrid working. Our Head Office is based at Frontier Centre, Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire. This is a permanent contract, subject to satisfactory references, a basic DBS check and a 6 month probationary period.
