About the Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager position
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will take the wheel of their customer-facing media and strategy. Your mission is to position the brand at the high-end of the market, selling to fashion and safety-conscious riders globally. You'll control the messaging, audiences, and voice of the brand, defining and targeting your audience with a media strategy to engage and grow the community. Get ready for a diverse and demanding role where you can "steer the ship" and drive growth across all aspects of Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Manager:
Create and deliver a content strategy driving sales and online engagement.
Develop, implement, and optimize Digital Marketing campaigns across all channels.
Manage and grow social media platforms, engaging with the target audience.
Brainstorm creative growth strategies and explore emerging technologies like AI.
Design and create compelling image and video content for social media campaigns.
Measure and report on Digital Marketing campaign performance against goals.
Implement CRO & SEO strategies on the Shopify website.
Manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend based on trends and insights.
Co-ordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Organize, attend, and document events, including trade shows and Bike Meets.
Skills Required & Desired
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Proven track record (3+ years) in previous B2C Marketing roles, ideally in e-commerce.
Passion or interest in Motorcycles and the automotive industry is a must.
Eligible to work within the UK for this in-office role.
