We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join our vibrant and dedicated team as cover for 12-month maternity leave.

The role: As our Digital Marketing Manager, [SP1] [PL2] [PL3] the role is responsible for managing the creation, delivery, and maintenance of content across digital platforms and social media channels. Working closely with the creative and customer experience team, this role will primarily support the operational marketing, PR, communications, and brand teams in supporting care home marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Digital Marketing in driving digital channel and partner performance.
Provide analysis and actionable insight on Digital Marketing campaigns.
Work across the entire digital customer journey including internal marketing, digital agency and CX teams, as well as digital channels, websites, and referral partners.
Monitor, analyse and drive performance across all digital touch points.
Support Care UK with the development and investment being made in Digital Marketing strategies, providing exposure to new innovative platforms and technologies.
What We're Looking For:
Graduate, or equivalent by professional qualification
Experience in planning, executing, and delivering social media content strategy that has increased audience engagement.
Experience in successfully building and re-purposing social and content plans to re-purpose brand campaigns for digital channels.
Extensive experience successfully managing Content Management Systems (CMS)
Successfully managed content planning and activation processes across multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of scheduling and publishing on existing and emerging social networks
Excellent understanding of website UX and able to articulate the benefits of this to digital content performance.
Good understanding and appreciation of SEO in the relation to written content performance.
