Digital Marketing Manager
My client is a UK contemporary women’s wear brand creating size inclusive,
beautiful clothes so everybody can feel amazing. Founded nearly 15 years ago, the company has experienced high growth at home in the UK and globally.
The role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join and drive both the retention and acquisition digital strategy for the brand across all markets. This a is board role which covers CRM, performance and affiliate marketing giving you scope to truly make a difference to the brand’s customer journey. You’ll have a wealth of data to work with thanks to our powerful CDP and will oversee our portfolio of agency partners to ensure our marketing investments are optimised for efficiency and growth.
What you will be doing
• Take full ownership of the Digital Marketing budget, ensuring our key markets have sufficient investment for growth targets.
• Develop and execute the CRM strategy, ensuring our defined customer segments are served relevant communications to maximise reengagement.
• Working with large data sets to find consumer patterns to influence with campaigns.
• Work closely with our customer service manager on our loyalty programme,
ensuring the offer and communication delivers profitability.
• Identify new areas for growth to add to the companies channel mix.
• Performance marketing – you will lead our performance agency in delivering and optimising profitable campaign results across meta, tiktok and google.
• Affiliate marketing – you will oversee the spend and affiliate calendar with our affiliate agency.
• Adopt a test and learn approach to ensure campaigns are evolving.
• Analysis results and report findings back to the business
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in CRM or Digital Marketing, developing multi-channel
campaigns, communications and strategies.
• Strong knowledge of CRM best practices (emails, app push, sms and whatsapp).
• Experience with A/B testing to ensure learning is driving business forward.
• Proven track record of scaling a customer base in a direct-to-consumer businesses.
• Experience working across Facebook, Instagram and Google campaigns.
• Confident communicator, able to make points clearly.
• Experience with shopify plus and Bloomreach is advantageous
