We are looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing professional to join our growing and dynamic team. We are looking for someone with ideas who is proactive and ambitious to build our brand with new and existing customers.

You will be working independently and need to have the confidence and knowledge to create, lead and implement the Digital Marketing strategy that is aligned to Ackerman Pierces overall business goals.

We want you to brainstorm new ideas and implement projects. You will stay on top of market trends, seek out new marketing opportunities for us by analyzing existing data, and look for new ways and channels to market our services.

In this role, you will...

• Implement SEO best practice and creative content across our website to improve our user experience and generate leads through conversion optimisation.
• Boost our organic rankings on Google by improving our SEO efforts.
• Create email campaigns and automation
• Manage our social media channels. Inspiring our follower base and attracting new followers through company posts/ photo and video content.
• Use our brand marketing platforms and marketing material to its full potential
• Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance.
• Compile, analyse and present data in an effective way
• Build reports and maintain customer data to a high standard
• Assist in the production of our Youtube channel and detailed product video content

The successful candidates will have:

• We are looking for someone who is detailed in planning their own workflow and driving the strategy which will enable the team as a whole to achieve their objectives.
• You will have the technical ability to create and publish content to the web and implement email campaigns and automation.
• Recruitment Sector experience may be preferable but more beneficial is that you have experience working in Digital Marketing for an established agency or brand. This new opportunity will allow you to take ownership of the full remit of digital communication and further explore the digital future for a highly successful, dynamic and fast paced recruitment business.

• Have the experience of developing and managing the marketing strategy.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Drive and ambition, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in a (B2B) start-up or scale-up is highly desirable.
