Digital Marketing Manage, with excellent experience in online marketing, ecommerce and a passion for driving brands and products forward in the dynamic digital marketplace is required by a leading online retail company based in Manchester.

Experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, SEO, PPC, and email marketing software.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

As the Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's presence in the digital sphere, driving engagement, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing projects across various digital platforms.
• Manage a small online marketing team of copywriters, content producers etc.
• Oversee & manage written copy for marketing materials, including website content, product descriptions, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and use insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
• Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of marketing initiatives.

This position is mostly office-based in Manchester, with occasional flexibility for remote work.
