Duty Manager - Leisure

Suited to Experienced Senior Lifeguards / Team Leader and Leisure managers used to working in leisure centre / health club environments. Whether you are looking for temporary or ongoing shifts, this role is flexible and ideally suited to Fitness Professionals looking to control their own diary and still help people in working towards their fitness goals.
 
Main duties for the role include:

• Open and close the centre as required, with key holder responsibilities
• Oversee and ensure the smooth day to day running of the site
• Undertake daily facility and Health and safety checks
• Ensuring excellent, consistent customer service is delivered across all departments
• Manage front line teams in all departments
• Undertake a range of operational, front of house and wet side duties as needed
• Ensuring all required health and safety tasks are completed

 
Desired Qualifications:
RLSS NPLQ
First Aid at Work
PPO or some experience in wet side facilities
£16 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly!
