EA to Directors

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a switched-on PA/EA who is well-presented and proactive to join a boutique asset management firm based in the City.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
All diary and travel management for the Directors
Manage client/contact information and correspondence
Process expenses
Prepare presentations and meetings documents
Maintain internal processes to streamline workflow
Update CRM
Client liaison and onboarding
General OM duties
WHO YOU ARE
A second or third jobber who is switched-on, personable and an excellent team player.
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail
Top organisational & communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Well-presented and highly discreet
Strong MS Office skills
This role is paying up to £45k (DOE) plus discretionary bonus and hybrid working.
