EA to HR Director and additional C Suite Director – 12-month Maternity Contract
50-53k plus excellent benefits
Hybrid 2-3 days in city office
Our client, a business services firm in the city is looking for an EA to support to two C Suite Directors in a fast-moving EA role. You will be at the heart of the business and as well as undertaking traditional EA duties you will get involved with projects and wider operational activities.
Duties will include:
- Extensive diary management
- Managing complex changing schedules
- Inbox management
- Creating and editing reports/Powerpoint Presentations/Word documents
- Building relationships with senior management and staff across the business and fielding and assisting with queries
- Assisting with some HR admin
- Event Organisation
- Organise drinks receptions and dinners
- Providing cover to the CEO and CFO when their EA is on leave
- Travel organising for the business
- Processing Invoices
The role would suit a bright and calm EA who has worked at C Suite level and can really evidence their experience working in a fast-moving professional services firm. You must be used working with confidentiality and be able to build relationships at the highest level and thrive in a pressurised environment.
