Interim HR Director
Job Description
An Interim HR Director:
- To offer leadership of the HR team across the organisation
- To develop the HR Strategy and promote well being with the school
- Develop and embed the EDI strategy - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Advise the team on resolving complex ER casework
- Improve engagement and culture across the organisation
- Oversee and manage the performance management approach and appraisal system to ensure high performance
- Lead the schools recruitment process
- Additional priorities to be discussed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim HR Director should have:
- Experience operating as a HR Director or in a senior HR role
- Experience of managing teams
- Experience working in an education or not-for-profit organisation desirable
- Ability to start at short notice
