Description
As European HR Director you will look after employees across Europe (including employees in the following cities; London, Paris, Brussels, Madrid, Amsterdam and Dusseldorf).
You will be required to:
- Manage an HR team across Europe (Amsterdam, Madrid, Brussels, Paris, London and Dusseldorf).
- Partner the Leadership team of this Technology / IT business.
- Support on an ongoing process of transformation and change within the European business - including a transformation of the Sales model, cultural transformation and HR transformation.
Profile
To be considered for the European HR Director position our client is looking for a senior HR professional who has a depth of experience:
* Partnering the Executive Leadership team of a European business on people strategy.
* Supporting on Change and Transformation. Any experience of supporting on cultural transformation as companies are merged into one entity and / or experience supporting the transformation of a company's sales methodology and model would be highly desirable.
* Managing and developing an HR team based across multiple countries.
* Working in a sector such as Technology, IT, Professional Services, Consultancy and Retail.
The successful candidate must be fluent (spoke and written) in English.
The role can be based across Europe (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain and London)
