Our wonderful client is looking for an exceptional EA to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the right hand to the Head of Finance, you will be part of a wonderful team of 15 and be key to the smooth running of the department. Working to high levels of accuracy and well under pressure the successful candidate will be flexible, proactive and able to work to tight deadlines and able to spin many plates!
Role: PA to Finance Director
Salary: up to £60,000
Start date: Up to one month's notice
Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Location: West London
Hybrid: 4 days in / 1 from home
Responsibilities:
Proactively manage inboxes, diaries and meetings for the Head of Finance.  Draft replies to emails.  Attend meetings and prepare packs.  Streamline workloads.  Be the linchpin for the finance team and delegate work in the Head's absence.  Build relationships with internal and external contacts.  Receive visitors.  Organise travel, prepare itineraries and collate expenses.  Manage office admin including post, filing and office management.  Liaise with the company's PA team to improve efficiency, initiate improvements and activities. 
Requirements:
- 6+ years' in a Legal or Finance departments
- Advanced MS skills
- Proactive, resilient and able to hit the ground running, with great communication skills
