Description
- Manage and oversee the entire recruitment cycle for early career roles
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier graduates
- Build strong relationships with universities and other educational institutions
- Ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new hires
- Work with management to identify future hiring needs
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics
- Utilise Workday recruitment modules for efficient process management
- Collaborate with the human resources department on other projects as needed
Profile
The ideal Early Careers Recruitment Manager should have:
- Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in Early Careers or campus recruitment - evidenced by a minimum of 5 annual cycles
- Demonstrable experience of working within regulated Investment Management or Technology sectors
- Strong knowledge of Workday recruitment modules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Degree in human resources, business, or related field
