About us The UCL Faculty of Population Health Sciences (FPHS) is a global leader in public health research working across disciplines to unravel complex health challenges, while educating the next generation of public and global health leaders. Our exciting cross-disciplinary community encompasses eight institutes and schools, including the Global Business School for Health - the world’s first business school dedicated to health. We have recently reorganised our Education Administration and Student Experience (EASE) team and have formed new hubs to support our different types of students: Postgraduate Taught (PGT); Postgraduate Research (PGR); Undergraduate/Online; UCL East. Our EASE team is integrated across the Faculty and we work closely to complete annual administrative tasks together. We are continually looking for ways to increase efficiency, reduced duplication, and create a better experience for our staff. We are looking for an Education Administrator to join our team to support our Undergraduates in our Undergraduate/Online Hub (based in Bloomsbury). About the role This role will provide specialist administration to the BSc Population Health programme, ensuring effective procedures are adopted and documented for dealing with all aspects of the administration. The position will support every part of the student lifecycle, including attendance monitoring, induction, assessments, student records, and teaching activities. They play a crucial part in providing a high quality and timely service to students and staff. About you Applicants should have a minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including Mathematics and English) or have similar relevant work experience. You must have worked in a busy office environment, preferably within higher education. You should be very organised in your work, excellent at performing administrative duties, and be comfortable using a variety of software and systems. You will need good communication skills and have the desire to offer a high level of service. You will need to be able to work well as part of a team, liaise with a variety of people, and establish good working relationships with staff and students in a teaching and learning context.
