The Reward senior specialist provides support in the design, development and implementation of reward programs, policies, and procedures across EMEA regions.
Responsibilities:
- Determine Reward issues, supporting management in creating and delivering solutions.
- Monitor existing compensation policies and procedures, revising and updating where necessary.
- Ensuring that rewards programs meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective.
- Advanced use of Excel.
- Design and evaluate executive pay structures and bonus structures.
- Responsible for maintaining and calculating the Executive Bonus schemes across EMEA regions.
- Manage the Executive Salary review process.
