£36,000 - £42,000 per annum + bens

Hybrid split: 3 days in office | 2 days from home

Location: St Paul's, London

Working hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm - PERM

An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward & Benefits Specialist to join our client who are a high-performing and renowned professional services firm based in the heart of London. This is a perm role starting as soon as possible!

Working as part of the dynamic and successful Reward team within the HR function, you will focus on the Benefit administration processes and support on wider Reward initiatives.

Responsibilities will include and not limited to:

• Act as first point of contact for all benefits and reward queries
• Provide administrative support for Reward and Benefit process
• Support and administer employee compensation and benefit programs
• Systems and information record updates
• Manage annual benefit renewal process
• Managing invoices and other financial administration
• Working with other teams to facilitate the Reward process

Attributes/Skills Required

• Proven experience in Reward, Benefit and/or Compensation
• Background in professional services
• Knowledge of how benefits work
• Experience in running basic reports from HR systems
• MS Excel proficient
• Flexible approach and proactive manner to all work and tasks
