This is an Entry Level role and you will be provided with intensive training and support.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day project support activities - maintenance of project-related files, sending documents to sites, etc;
- General office organization, including front desk/ reception coverage, ordering supplies, faxing, shipping, managing inventory, collaboration with local vendors, etc.;
- Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures;
- Coordinate and provide meeting minutes, schedule appointments, set up events, make travel arrangements for staff/ visitors;
- Maintain databases/spreadsheets as necessary to facilitate tracking/documentation of departmental activities;
- Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary;
- Support other departments on ad hoc projects; and
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study - ideally in Law, Finance, Business and/or Life Sciences;
- Experience of working in or interested to work in the Clinical Research industry;
- Familiarity with contract law principles, contract/budget review and negotiations within clinical research setting is highly desirable, however, previous experience in a related field will be considered;
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail;
- Excellent time management and communication skills; and
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
