As Head of Office for one of the UK’s leading Estate Agency, you will be taking on the responsibility of growing the market share and increasing revenue. You will therefore need to bring a wealth of experience and hunger to take this office to the next level. The office is based in SW4.
Key Responsibilities of the Estate Agency Manager:
- Drive business growth by securing property instructions and hitting targets.
- Lead and inspire a team of negotiators.
- Establishing valuable and long-lasting connections with potential clients.
- Collaborate on strategic plans with the Sub-Divisional Head.
- Stay one step ahead, understanding the market and keeping tabs on the competition.
- Conduct in-depth research and deliver top-notch reports.
- Build trust and maintain professionalism with clients, enhancing the brand.
- Tackle delegated management tasks head-on.
Package for the Estate Agency Manager :
- £50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary
- Generous Car Allowance
- Commission + Bonus
- £100,000 + OTE
Requirements to be a succesfull Estate Agency Manager:
- 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Experience increasing a company’s market share.
- Leading a strong team of Negotiators.
- Driving licence.
- SW/West London experience in property (not essential).
