Responsibilities
1. Creating Clean Spaces:
- Transform temporary accommodation by undertaking repairs, house cleaning, and decorating.
- Keep common areas impeccable through regular inspections and prompt defect reporting.
- Ensure pathways are safe and clear in all weather conditions.
2. Resident Support:
- Communicate responsibilities to residents and address concerns collaboratively.
- Provide assistance to colleagues, fostering a supportive team environment.
3. Health & Safety Stewardship:
- Champion health and safety by following protocols and wearing protective gear.
- Maintain compliance with regulations, ensuring the well-being of residents.
4. Records Management & Efficiency:
- Streamline documentation processes for smooth operations.
- Utilize technology for accurate records, financial transactions, and report generation.
5. Team Collaboration & Growth:
- Actively participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training.
- Contribute to a positive work culture and your personal development.
The Individual
- Hands-On Expertise: Previous experience in estate management, showcasing skills in repairs, decoration, and house cleaning.
- Safety and Compliance Savvy: Knowledgeable in health and safety, COSHH, and GDPR guidelines, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
- Organized and Customer-Focused: Strong organisational and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. Preferred qualifications include SQA Standard grades or equivalent and ebanking experience.
