Join the marketing team as a experience and highly motivated Events Coordinator.
With a proven track record and experience of coordinating a large volume of public-facing events of various sizes, you will be the central point in ensuring all aspects run smoothly and that events are successful.
You will work with different departments across Elysium and have the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
This full-time role will be remote based but with the flexibility to travel to events, team meetings and similar as and when required.
As a Events Coordinator you will be:
- Working closely with the Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO and other EA’s as required in organising the annual conferences and events within Elysium Healthcare
- Helping plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
- Coming up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success with ideas such ice breaker activities or promotional items.
- Working within budget for each event.
- Confidently liaising with suppliers to secure the best deal on venues etc. ensuring that space and services deliver high levels of customer service and offer value for money.
- Working closely with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure suitable promotional items for events are available for each event when required. Taking into consideration the need to offer sustainable promotional items wherever possible.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders around the business to ensure you understand event requirements whilst also managing expectations.
- Working with the Marketing & Communications team and EA to CEO to ensure clear messages are sent out in a timely manner to the right delegates to promote internal events.
- Attending each internal event organised to ensure the smooth running of the day and be able to think quickly to resolve any problems that may occur.
To be successful in this role as an Events Coordinator, you will:
- Have proven experience working as an Events Coordinator
- Be pro-active with excellent planning and organisation skills
- Have a keen eye for detail – uphold the brand standards
- Possess great customer service skills
- Have strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Have a solid understanding of using IT software e.g. Microsoft, web tools
