The Company:
ER Recruitment are excited to be working with our exceptional client, who are an award-winning firm based in Leicester.
They are looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to support their Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will provide confidential and excellent support, be efficient and have the ability to communicate at all levels.
Role & Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Diary management including booking appointments, arranging travel and preparing itineraries.
- Minute taking experience at Board level.
- Preparing Agenda's and Board Notes
- General administration, e.g. filing paper and electronic documents / archiving.
- Greet and assist clients in person and on the phone.
- Support Managers in dealing with requests where required.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all the company's and clients' documentation and information.
About You as the Executive Assistant:
- 3 years' proven experience in an EA role supporting 3+ Directors.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional typing and minute taking skills.
- A professional, confident and eloquent manner with a smart appearance.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Well organised and highly efficient time management skills.
- Competence in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel plus generic database experience.
