Brand Assistant / Executive Assistant
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer – supporting Commercial & E Comm Directors as well as FD and CEO
Based: Hybrid & London – Tottenham Court Road(3 days per week)
£25-30,000 benefits private health, pension statutory holiday and Life assurance
The Role
Responsible for providing comprehensive support to multiple directors - with a focus on enhancing the overall brand image and ensuring seamless operations.
Job description:
1. Schedule Management:
- Coordinate and manage complex schedules for multiple directors.
- Ensure efficient time management, prioritizing tasks and appointments.
2. Communication:
- Act as a primary point of contact, handling emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Draft and edit correspondence, maintaining a professional tone and adherence to brand guidelines.
3. Administrative Support:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including document preparation, meeting and calendar co-ordination and data management.
- Handle expense reporting and team leave management
4. Brand Representation:
- Uphold and promote the brand image in all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure policies and brand procedures are met
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and brand-related activities.
6. Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
7. General Management of the office
- Including stock cupboard, office supplies,
- liaising with property manager and landlord
Requirements
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive demeanour with a can-do attitude
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task.
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
Education and Experience
- Proven experience as an assistant or coordinator, preferably in a brand-focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
- Previous experience in brand management, personal assistance, or a related role.
