SalaryCalling all C-Suite level EA superstars, with a boutique investment finance background, who are looking for a fast paced and super exciting 1:1 EA role. This rewarding EA role will be based in stunning offices in the heart of Mayfair and will support a new and inspirational CEO. The successful EA candidate will be passionate about their EA career, and enjoy organising the diverse aspects of the CEO’s business and personal responsibilities, and proactively manage their calendar to make the best use of their time.
EA duties will include;
- ‘Gatekeeper’ to the CEO Planning and detailed mapping of a highly demanding diary
- Planning the CEO’s priorities in line with crucial milestones throughout the year i.e. Annual and Interim Report & Accounts, Shareholder Roadshows & AGM Draft agendas and prepare materials necessary for senior meetings
- Collate, format and proofread all CEO’s comments and changes to Board and Committee papers
- Management of calls and emails, drafting responses and proactively fielding/escalating to colleagues
- Scheduling meetings
- Assisting with annual tax returns, fees, bills, etc.
- Booking travel, restaurants, accommodation where necessary (business and private)
