As a Pensions Administrator, you will be joining our in-house Pensions team, dealing with the administration of two defined benefit schemes
- Perform various administration tasks e.g., collation and distribution of Board papers
- Administer and respond to members' benefit request
- Update relevant pensions administration databases and systems
- Assist in collections and reconciliation of all pension contribution
- Pensions Payroll e.g., setting up new pensions, completing reconciliations

The successful applicant will require the following:
- Excellent numerical skills with the ability to undertake complex member calculations.
- Good team player with high-level customer care service.
- Ability to use own initiative and prioritise tasks for completion to agreed deadlines.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge of HMRC regulations governing pensions.
- Have worked on all types of member events and meticulous attention to detail.
- Running pensioner payroll reconciliations and dealing with month/year-end processes.
- Practical knowledge of using Microsoft 365 packages Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
