Your new role
The Executive Assistant will act as the key support to the CFO, with additional support to the General Counsel.
- Direct working relationships to support the CFO\'s management responsibilities both internal and external.
- Establish key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
- Key role in organising the quarterly Board meetings including liaison with the Management Board and Directors
- Selectively attend key meetings, supporting preparation of agendas, taking minutes and following up/tracking action points.
- Run CFO and General Counsel calendars; scheduling both internal and external meetings; organising team away days; arranging travel & accommodation; dealing with expense claims.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel in support of CFO/GC projects/organisational updates to ensure the highest level of quality, content and presentation is achieved.
- Manage the CFO in-box to include screening incoming emails; responding to routine matters as appropriate.
- Co-ordinate, prepare an agenda and take minutes for certain internal compliance and other meetings for CFO/GC.
- Meet and greet guests for CFO/GC.
- Carry out general administration on behalf of the team.
- Develop company secretarial skills as appropriate.
- Liaise with all team members and managers at all levels in a positive and support manner.
- Carry out ad hoc projects on behalf of the CFO/GC.
- Deal with enquiries and correspondence promptly, exercise judgement and take proportionate actions where necessary.
- Draw feedback from key stakeholders, executive and leadership team and other staff on a regular basis and look to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support with HR, Legal and contracting activities as requested.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Previous experience supporting either CFO or General Counsel is essential.
- Need to demonstrate planning and organisation capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent PowerPoint/slide skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgement.
- A proactive and energetic approach to contributing to the team as a whole.
- Excellent attention to detail.
