Executive Assistant & Studio Administrator required for impressive architecture practice

A brilliant opportunity to join a dynamic and fast paced studio with exciting projects. The main focus of this role will be to support the Founder across both business and personal support. The Principal travels extensively and appreciates an EA who will take initiative and do the research, providing detailed itineraries and plans, making suggestions where appropriate. With a back-to-back diary and supporting a boss who is always in demand, it is essential you have the confidence to push back and have the experience to handle such a busy diary. Personal support will include a house move, personal holidays and travel.

The current EA has moved into another role internally so you will have support and training on joining.

This role requires an experienced EA with a common-sense approach and who is able to work at pace. You will be confident, with a high attention to detail and reliable. Experience working within the property or architecture industry would be a huge bonus.

This is an office-based role with some flexibility for the odd occasion, or if the Principal is travelling. Hours are 9am until 6pm.

£45k- £50k plus benefits.
