Executive PA Responsibilities:- Overseeing diary management and email activity and actioning as necessary
- Organising regular sales meetings and relevant documentation/agendas
- Compiling a competitor analysis database and updating as appropriate
- Working closely with the BI Analyst to support in the creation of accurate reports
- Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with ad-hoc duties
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Attending industry events
Required Skills & Experience:- Previous experience within a similar PA role
- Exceptional organisation, planning and communication skills
- Professional and personable, able to develop strong working relationships
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and environments
- Strong problem-solving skills
