Description
The key responsibilities of the Facilities Administrator will be as follows:
- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the office facilities
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for facility needs
- Assist with office move and space planning projects
- Handle administrative tasks related to facilities management
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
- Coordinate meeting room bookings
- Support the facilities team in day-to-day operations

Job Offer
This is a 12 month fixed-term maternity contract
- A competitive salary paying between £30,000 - £35,000 for the right candidate
