We are now looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will provide a range of high-quality, timely administrative support to the Head of Building Services and Facilities Manager.
Supporting the smooth running of the Facilities Department, you’ll co-ordinate day-to-day issues, such as equipment and service failure, and assist with a range of general facilities duties.
You’ll act as a key departmental lead for finance activity, monitoring expenditure and providing detailed budget information to assist with setting budgets.
Additionally, you will:
- Respond to day-to-day facilities enquiries
- Administer and manage the motor fleet provision
- Arrange meetings and take notes
- Update departmental procedures
- Ensure all health and safety administration is maintained
About You
To be considered as our Facilities Coordinator, you will need:
- Proven administration experience
- Familiarity or knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
- Good written English skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and multi-tasking skills
