Expanding London law firm are looking for an experienced legal PA or paralegal with a background in Family Law to join their award winning team and provide support to a leading partner. The fee earners deal exclusively with family work and so it is essential that you have a good legal secretarial background in this area and they are looking for a legal secretary who will be pro-active, take the initiative and will develop a good relationship with their clients.
Duties will include:
- Managing busy diaries
- Preparing court bundles
- Liaising with and booking Counsel
- Digital dictation
- Drafting documents
- Booking meetings with clients, professionals and counsel
- Opening files
- AML checks
This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal secretary with some Family Law experience who is looking for an extremely friendly, team-based culture. It is essential that you have a background in Family Law, excellent secretarial skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
