Connect Appointments are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our client's team as a Finance Administrator within their Washington site.

- 07:30 to 16:00 OR 08:00 to 16:30
- 24,000 - 27,000 depending upon experience
- Full training and support to assist you
Working as a Finance Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Raising and sending sales invoices and purchase orders
- Collating information for purchase invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders
- Raising and closing down jobs on our "Big Change" job watch system
- Filing, monitoring emails, and answering calls
- Liaising with customers to request uplifts and providing information
- Chasing customer debt
- Backing up the admin department and working with the engineering managers
To be successful within this admin role you will have ideally have previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge and experience of Sage 50.
