KEY DUTIES
- Responding to customer queries via telephone and email
- Updating internal databases
- Monitoring an email inbox
- Filling in evaluation forms regarding client bids
- Raising and processing POs
- Processing business expenses
- General admin duties - scanning, filing, sorting incoming post etc
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
- Strong communication skills
- Able to follow direction and use own initiative
- Positive attitude
- Competent user of IT
HOURS OF WORK:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm - FULLY OFFICED BASED
SALARY
£23,000 - £24,000 per year
