We are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis working 35 hours per week. Part-time hours can also be discussed.

The Role
As a Finance Administrator, you will provide key financial support to our team through effective financial and management accounting administration.
Delivering exceptional customer service, you will maintain our day-to-day finances, organise accounts and financial records and support our day-to-day operations.
You will also raise invoices, reconcile income schedules and allocate receipts to debtors accounts, post supplier invoices, reconcile supplier statements and post expense claims.
About You
To be considered as a Finance Administrator, you will need:
- A part or full accountancy qualification (or working towards this)
- Experience in an accountancy support role, preferably within a charity
- The ability to work in a team and collaborate with others
- The ability to support the analysis and interpretation of complex management accounting information, identifying variances and investigating with budget holders
- A basic understanding of financial accounting principles and techniques underpinning the preparation of financial reports and management accounts
- Knowledge of a variety of accounts packages
- Familiarity with all MS packages with very good spreadsheet skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills, particularly attuned to working well with non-finance professionals
