Samuel Leeds Limited is a fast-growing property investment and education company based just outside of London. We aim to provide the most innovative, cost-effective and time-efficient property investment training solutions that prepare our clients to be successful investors in the world of property. We are currently recruiting for an organised and determined individual with aspirations to progress in the finance sector.
We are offering £24,000 base salary with working hours of Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, with the following essential criteria to be met:
- Ability to travel within the UK (accommodation and travel expenses covered)
- Availability to attend Northern events (including 2 Saturdays a month)

The candidate will answer to the Line Manager and will need to liaise with other internal departments including the Sales, Operations, Customer Service , as well as external parties, such as clients and suppliers. They must be able to maintain a healthy working relationships, be trustworthy and committed to the business.
- Daily checks of sales orders confirming details of telesales.
- Providing assitance with financial enquiries at events.
- Ensuring all documents are adequately filled, scanned and processed.
- Processing customer orders and liaising with other departments to solve any queries.
- Analysis of sales orders for legal integrity and information.
- Identifying sales order issues and communicating with other departments to resolve them.
- Consolidating financial evidence and producing responses for disputed payments.
- Responsible for tracking payments relating to venue hiring and retrieval of VAT invoices when events pass.
- Adhoc tasks such as updating team calendars for scheduling and updating shared platform areas such as Excel.
