Job Title: Finance Administrator

Salary: 30,000 - 32,000 per annum

Job Description:

• Manage service partner invoicing by requesting and reviewing monthly statements from non-utility service providers.
• Engage with service partners to ensure correct purchase orders are utilised and invoices are submitted in the correct format and on time.
• Conduct monthly meetings with service partners to discuss feedback related to statements, focusing on clearing aged debt and resolving purchase order queries.
• Liaise with FM team to ensure timely raising and distribution of purchase orders to facilitate service partner invoicing.
• Work collaboratively with the Assistant Finance Manager in all aspects of utility invoice management, including reviewing received utility invoices and statements and facilitating payment via service charge or the client's payment platform (Agresso).
• Collaborate closely with PMs, SFMs, and FMs in FM Finance management to maintain effective communication between the company and Service Partners and meet client finance KPIs.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with internal colleagues across The Crown Estate portfolio team to provide assistance and uphold the high profile of the FM Finance team.
• Manage the new supplier setup workflow function.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
