This role will consist of contacting customers who made finance applications online and ensuring all information entered is correct.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Contacting customers and confirming their finance applications.
- Assisting customers, Business Managers and finance companies with finance application queries.
- Booking and managing finance appointments for customers.
- Underwriting deals, ensuring we have the best possible outcome for customers.
- Monitoring enquiries from customers and finance companies via e-mail and replying back within a timely manner.
- Requesting finance agreements from finance companies.
- Sending finance contracts off to relevant finance companies on time.
- Ensuring all documentation is complete for payout, dealing with documentation errors.
- Recording dealer commissions on Cargiant system.

- Previous finance experience is desirable
