Day to day, you will work closely with a Finance Manager, working across all areas of the department - providing optimum opportunity to gain valuable rounded exposure within accounts!
Busy and varied role including:-
- Processing invoices and payments accurately, inputting to the sales and purchase ledgers;
- Bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies;
- Assisting produce budgets, forecasts and financial reports;
- Payroll preparation and processing;
- Employee travel booking and expenses administration;
- Ad hoc projects.
Monday - Friday 37.5 hr (flexible for prospective part time hours)
£24-26,000 + super benefits

For success in this role, you will ideally have: an demonstrable interest in a career in accounts (such as a qualification, or previous transferrable experience). Applicants must be based within reasonable commute to Tunbridge Wells on a Mon-Fri basis; and should have strong numeracy, organisational, accuracy and communication skills.
