SalaryTN Recruits Temps are supporting them in their search for a personable Finance Assistant to support the efficient operation of the School's finances. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial information, making it readily available to colleagues across the School.
This is a 3-month, full time contract position with a competitive salary of up to £34,000 depending on experience.
They are looking for someone with previous experience in a school finance role, who is familiar with the PASS (WCBS) system. Strong Excel capabilities, including working with formulas, are essential for this role.
As a Finance Assistantyou will be reporting to the Management Recruitment and you will be responsible for:
- Handling billing
- Purchase ledger activities
- Year-end processes
- Prepayments
- Reconciliations
- Assist with supplier reconciliations
- Processing monthly journals
- Payment runs.
Your attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records will be vital in maintaining the financial integrity of this exemplary school.
You will be working full-time in their Sevenoaks office, Monday to Friday, 9-5, allowing you to become an integral part of their dedicated finance team. Additionally, they offer the perk of having lunch paid for and onsite parking.
