SalaryArchitecture and Design company based in the City looking for a Finance Assistant to join finance team of 5 as business continues to grow sustainably.
Social team operating in light, open-plan office.
Hybrid after probation.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Assisting with month-end duties including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets & balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing Cash flow and Purchase Ledger
- Preparing and submitting CIS returns
- Prepare and reconcile VAT returns
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control duties.
Requirements:
- Experience with Accounts Software (Sage 200 or similar)
- Strong Bookkeeping experience, ideally within Property/Construction
