SalaryWe are currently looking for a committed Finance Assistant who is enthusiastic, warm, and engaging to join our team at Lime Wood on a maternity cover basis.Lime Wood Hotel, set in the heart of the stunning New Forest National Park is an award-winning 5 Star, 33-bedroom hotel, creating laid-back luxury at its best. Its restaurant, Hartnett Holder & Co is a relaxed Italian restaurant with chefs Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder at the helm. Within the grounds, Herb House Spa, our award-winning spa treats guests and members to yoga on the roof in a herb garden, double treatment rooms and take in the forest views from its massive sauna.As Finance Assistant for Lime Wood, you will be reporting directly to our Financial Controller ensuring all financial information for Lime Wood is up to date and accurate.Responsibilities include but not limited to: Reconciling daily banking transactions.Processing purchase invoices.Reconciliation of supplier statements.Reviewing petty cash and credit cards.Dealing with internal and external emails and phone calls.Experience, Skills & Qualification: Current experience in a similar Finance Assistant role.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Highly organised and excellent communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mentality.Why join us?We give our teams a great place to work that is fun, professional, and just little bit different.At the heart of what we do and why we do it is our consideration for your work life balance.
