This is an opportunity for an immediately available candidate to come in as the temporary Finance Assistant/AP Clerk.
We are looking for someone who can be responsible for:
- Manage purchase ledger tasks: process purchase orders, invoices, and payment schedules.
- Support AP manager with payment runs for suppliers and students, and post Direct Debit payments.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal customers to resolve purchase order, invoice, or payment queries.
- Reconcile supplier statements and obtain copy invoices when necessary.
- Manage and reconcile petty cash.
- Assist in processing sales ledger documents
