Finance Assistant - Temporary Position

We are working with an education provider in Lincoln, that is one of the UK s most innovative with operations in the UK and overseas providing profitable revenues to reinvest into their education and training delivery.

This is an opportunity for an immediately available candidate to come in as the temporary Finance Assistant/AP Clerk.

We are looking for someone who can be responsible for:

• Manage purchase ledger tasks: process purchase orders, invoices, and payment schedules.
• Support AP manager with payment runs for suppliers and students, and post Direct Debit payments.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal customers to resolve purchase order, invoice, or payment queries.
• Reconcile supplier statements and obtain copy invoices when necessary.
• Manage and reconcile petty cash.
• Assist in processing sales ledger documents
