SalaryTrinity House Group are working exclusively for a UK brand leader within the Midlands. They are recruiting for 2 brand new positions within their commercial team for Finance Business Partners. This role in particular would involve collaborating with Director-level operational stakeholders, advising on strategy and ensuring project adherence to timelines and budgets, and forecasting future spend. This role focuses on value add, drawing meaningful conclusions from data, and compelling functions and stakeholders to act on your advice.
What You’ll be doing?
- Supporting Business Partnering for the Operations Team
- Being a key part in decision-making.
- Presenting key topics to senior management and Director level Stakeholders
- Supporting planning processes, developing, analysing, and challenging assumptions.
- Ensuring timely budget submissions to the FP&A team
- Delivering quarterly forecasts with accuracy reviewed and reported regularly.
- Supporting projects, presenting findings and recommendations for strategic objectives.
- Providing financial support, insight, and challenge to one of the business's multiple regions.
- Attending regional meetings and presenting financial results and KPIs.
What you’ll need?
- Professional qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
- Effective communication at all levels
- Strong influencing and decision-making skills
- High-level understanding of working with computerised systems
- Strong project management skills and deadline focus.
