As a Finance Business Support Administrator based in our Head Office in Ripon, you will play a crucial role in our business. You will be responsible for:
- Accurate and timely data entry for customer and supplier set up
- Liaising with suppliers and processing invoices onto our system
- Communicating with our branches regularly to resolve any queries
- Achieving daily targets to ensure deadlines are hit.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- The ability to manage multiple tasks so you are able to execute prompt resolutions for any customer or supplier discrepancies to ensure compliance with internal controls
- Previous experience working collaboratively with a team and independently
- A strong attention to detail is essential as you will be dealing with figures on a regular basis
- Some administration and data entry knowledge and experience
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is desirable.

This role is 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday and we offer hybrid working! You are able to work from home 2 days a week.
