We are working exclusively with a long standing client who due tointernal promotion are looking to appoint a hands on Finance Director to jointheir management team. We areparticularly keen to hear fromcandidates who approach their duties extremely hands on. You will be working very closely with a localMD in a multi operational business and it requires strong technical accountingand analytical skills as well as a commercial outlook and confident negotiator.

Key Duties

·Manage day to daysmall finance department ensuring robust controls are in place

·Prepare weekly cashforecasts, projections, WIP etc

·Extensive salesanalysis with a focus on profitability and cost reductions

·Buildingrelationships with suppliers

·Prepare full monthend Management Accounts and year end Financial statements

·Work closely withthe executive team to add corporate value in all things Finance

·Boardresponsibility

Essential Criteria

·Must be a fully QualifiedAccountant

·Mature approachhaving gained prior experience in a commercial business
