Finance Executive/Credit Controller

The Role

Embark on a rewarding career with us as a Finance Executive/Credit Controller and we are offering both full-time and part-time opportunities in this role. In this role you will play a pivotal role in the accounts process within in the UK and Maltese arm of the company. Collaborating closely with management, the accountant and our dedicated support team, you will contribute to the seamless delivery of accurate accounting and bookkeeping entries, ensuring deadlines are always met.

- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software on Sage 50
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
- Support Management & Customer Services with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or proven experience working in a finance or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software Sage 50
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
