In order to support the continual growth of the business, the client is now seeking a Finance Manager to join their established team based in London. This is an exciting opportunity that offers successful applicants the opportunity to develop their skills. As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for implementing systems, setting up the budget, alongside preparing and setting up the management accounts. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.Responsibilities;- Leading financial analysis and reporting to management as needed- Leading management account activities such as month-end, reconciliations & Journal entries- Ensuring are account tasks completed within deadlines by coordinate with finance team- Evaluate & implement accounting systems- Preparing financial reports and statements to Business Managers for review- Analyse financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions- Monitor expenditures, analyse revenues and determine budget alongside variances and generate monthlyreports to senior management- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requesteddocumentations- Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations- Review and recommend changes to existing accounting proceduresRequired Skills1. ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified with minimum of five years of relevant work experience required3. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written6.
