McKintyAssociates are pleased to be working with an established business who have arequirement for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team.

The FinanceManager will be responsible for the accurate maintenance of the Sage Accounts50 system and will produce monthly Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheetfor review by management.

It is envisagedthat the hours will be c.25-30 hrs per week but this may fluctuate slightly.

Keyresponsibilities:

·Managethe day-to-day financial operations within the company in conjunction withexisting accounts staff, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.

·Finance& Bookkeeping – cash transactions, banking, accounts payable &receivable, reconciliations and VAT.

·Preparationof monthly management accounts and reporting to management and stakeholders.

Essentialeligibility criteria:

·Recentrelevant experience in a finance team (3 years minimum)

·Experiencein accounts packages (Sage Line 50)

·Experienceof preparing Monthly Management Accounts

·Excellentadministration & organisational skills

·Strong ITskills

·Excellentcommunicator and able to build relationships and rapport

·Goodnumeracy aptitude and keen eye for detail

·Abilityto multitask, manage deadlines and workload
