Financial Analyst Salary: GBP65,000 + 24% bonusLocation: Milton Keynes (Hybrid working after 6 months)Our prestigious and award-winning client is currently looking to recruit a Financial Analyst within a Top 10 global business.As a Financial Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality financial support and information to senior management, directors and stakeholders within the business. Ultimately driving the finance agenda, playing an integral part of the decision-making process and to constantly seek improvements to existing business processes. As well as this you will be responsible for full P&L analysis, providing relevant insight and formulating strategies to drive performance. Translating the numbers and providing true business partnering across the value chain, as well as transparency and analysis for accurate Group reporting.Key Responsibilities Responsible for the production and delivery of monthly accounts and supporting papers Playing a key role in supporting the delivery of our annual audit Responsible for the monthly company forecast, and liaising with Group on matters arising Develop, streamline and enhance financial management and reporting processes Provide timely and robust financial analysis Play a key role in the annual budgeting process and consolidate the company budget picture Ensure internal controls and systems are effective and efficient, reviewing current systems to determine areas of continual improvement Billing/Cost Recognition and the preparation of contract summary packsEssential Requirements Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) Advanced level Excel user & competent with PowerPointDesirable Requirements SAP user and has knowledge of the underlying modules Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years) Line management experience Excellent Company BenefitsCompetitive Salary, Holiday Entitlement 28 days plus (8 days bank holiday), Bonus, Pension, Health Care Insurance (BUPA), Cash Plan (Simplyhealth), Income Protection Insurance, Educational Grant Scheme, Employee Assistance Program, Life Insurance 6 times the annual salary, Perkbox, Gym membership.
