SalaryCurrently working with a fantastic Northumberland based client who are looking for a part time Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible 20 hour working week.
The successful candidate will be a great communicator and work well within a Team and individually.
Some of the main responsibilities include:
- To maintain and manage external relationships with providers such as banks and auditors
- Preparation of financial reports as required
- Banking back ups
- Monthly KPI's
- End of month reports
- VAT Returns
- Acknowledge any errors and adjust accordingly
- End of year filing
- Provide financial support to all internal teams and advise on queries and financial issues
- Any ad hoc duties
- Manage time accordingly to meet all targets in the timescale required
Some of main skills and knowledge required:
- Minimum of a years experience in a finance related role
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Competent in Excel and Microsoft Word
- Fantastic organisational skills and ability to prioritise your workload
- Part OR Fully Qualified in ACCA or CIMA
- Great communication skills
- Previous experience with invoice finance would be beneficial
