Financial Controller

We are currently working with an electrical and renewable energy contractor that has a strong connection within the development market. The company is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join their forward-thinking and well-established business. If you are experienced Accounting Controller or Accounting Manager, this may be for you.
Financial Controller
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Bristol
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
As a Financial Controller, you will be working with the Finance team assisting with:

• Setting targets for the finance department and individual finance staff
• Prepare monthly New Build Project Profitability analysis.
• Present key information in monthly Project review meetings with Directors
• Prepare financial business cases for operational decisions
• Keep on top of cash balances of the business through credit control scrutiny
• Assist with pricing strategies across the business
• Using Sage to oversee supplier and customer invoices
• Prepare Cashflow and Profit and Loss forecasts

To be successful in this Financial Controller role you will need to be:

• Fully qualified CIMA or ACMA
• Experienced working within the construction or facilities management industry
• Good understanding of Excel spreadsheets, sage and CRM systems
